The kitchen/breakfast area opens to a covered back porch with a gas grill looking onto a sunny, large, flat backyard. 1 block from Solano Ave. with everything at walking distance. 24 hr Safeway market, restaurants, cafes, toy stores, pharmacies, boutiques, etc. 3 blocks from beautiful, hidden children's park, 1 block from Trans-bay bus to San Francisco and public transportation to other areas, 15 minute bike/bus to UC Berkeley, 15 minute walk to BART or drive across the Bay Bridge; San Francisco is 20 minutes away by car. Very safe, picturesque neighborhood for walking anytime of day or night. Indoor-Outdoor cat in residence. MUST BE CAT LOVERS. Available December 10, 2022 through January 10, 2023. $3700/2 weeks, $4500/3 weeks, $5000 for the whole stay, plus a $3,000 refundable deposit. Minimum stay 2 weeks. No pets, no smoking, please.
