There exists a significant number of exterior steps leading to the front entrance, rendering it unsuitable for guests with mobility concerns. Additionally, it is necessary to provide a winter disclaimer due to the area's exposure to heavy snowfall. Please note that Tahoe Getaways will ensure shoveling of the steps is completed on the day of arrival exclusively. Any maintenance required to keep the steps clear during a guest's stay is the sole responsibility of the said guest, for which shovels will be provided to facilitate snow removal. 5.
