Under no circumstances do we allow pets of any kind or smoking/vaping of any kind. Please no smokers! This condo is part of a large complex and we ask tenants to observe quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am. We are happy to provide flexibility in length of lease, but lease would need to end by 5/15.
