This is a short term lease - from 1 month to 3 months in length. It is a furnished home. The price includes wifi, monthly landscaping maintenance, water through catchment, some solar electric production. Tenants will pay monthly for Hawaiian Electric Bill in Homeowner's name. Tenants will need to fill up propane tank as often as necessary for hot water heating. Tenants will transport their garbage to the transfer station on a weekly basis or as often as necessary. They may alternatively sign up for garbage collection at their own expense. No smoking or pets. Parking on site. Tenants should have the consideration of caring for the furnishings with high regards. Damaged furniture, rugs or beds will be replaced at tenants expense. Property will be professionally cleaned at the tenants expense on move out for the cost of $300.
