It features three bedrooms with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, another king-size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-size bed and full-size bunkbed in the third bedroom. The open concept living room includes board games and cards, and there's a 'take a book & leave a book' bookshelf. Enjoy three outdoor living areas: a back patio with seating and a BBQ grill, a private dock with seating on Lake Rayburn, and a fire pit in the front yard. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Renters must complete a guest card listing each guest's name to access amenities, with a $30 processing fee required prior to arrival.
