As you climb the laminate wood stairs to the second level, you discover the master loft bedroom with a king sized bed with storage drawers underneath. The full sized walk in closet with 'closets by design' shelving is adjacent to the bedroom. There is a 40" LCD TV with Roku in the master and a 6 drawer dresser to store your clothes in. The 3rd and final level is an ocean view roof deck with sunbrella furniture, a full sized propane barbecue grill and a mini refrigerator to stock cool drinks in. As a bonus, you will have full use of our bikes, paddle boards, surf boards and beach equipment which is stored in the garage. There is coin laundry available in the building, and if you drive a compact car we can provide you a parking space. There is first come, first serve guest parking in front of the building for larger vehicles. We are seeking a long term tenant with a minimum of a one year lease. You MUST have excellent credit and a rock solid, steady income to qualify for approval via management/ownership. Your rent will start at $3000 per month and you should expect that management will increase the rent by 10% (one time fee) per approved occupant, once the lease is signed and you have been there for 30 days, per city rent control rules. To be clear, if it is just you, the new rent will be $3300 per month, after 30 days of your occupancy. If you are moving in with a significant other, or more than just you, the rent will increase by 10% per additional person.
