The community is very strong within the building, there is a social media group for residents to communicate and there are regular BOD meetings that renters are allowed to attend to keep up to date on building maintenance, etc. There is an elevator in the building to help with moving, there are carts located in the elevator bank of the garage to help with bringing groceries, etc. up to the unit floors. There is an underground, heated garage, fitness room, community/party room, and lobby sitting area.
