Townhouse condo located in a more private area than most in this complex. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and the largest bedroom has a deck. Both bathrooms and kitchen re-done in 2011with new appliances and with an eye toward more storage. Kitchen cabinets and drawers have “soft closing doors/drawers.” Some cabinets have pull out shelves for easy access to contents. There is carpet on the stairs, upstairs in hall, and bedrooms and laminate hardwood and ceramic tile on main floor. All windows, including 3 sets of sliding glass doors, replaced in 2017. All baseboard heaters were replaced and have thermostats in each room. All interior doors have been replaced with solid raised panel doors during the same time frame. The “walk-out” Basement has been divided into 3 rooms. The smallest being the old laundry room, (we moved the washer and dryer into the kitchen in 2021.
