Additionally, residents can enjoy the rooftop terrace on the 28th floor of Building B, as well as the courtyard, pool, and tennis courts on the north side of Building A. Parking is available through a contract with the association for a fee. Move-in and move-out hours are limited to 9 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday. Building pet policy allows for aquarium fish, caged birds, and assistance animals for disabled individuals. The building lease requires a minimum term of 12 months. Move-in fee of $150, and an administration fee of $125.
