To qualify, applicants must make an income of at least three times the monthly rent amount. This building offers a range of amenities, including a fitness room located in the basement and on the 28th floor of Building B, a garden room on the street level of Building A, and a Gateway Library lounge next to the management office. Additionally, residents can enjoy the rooftop terrace on the 28th floor of Building B, as well as the courtyard, pool, and tennis courts on the north side of Building A. Parking is available through a contract with the association for a fee. Move-in and move-out hours are limited to 9 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday. Building pet policy allows for aquarium fish, caged birds, and assistance animals for disabled individuals. The building lease requires a minimum term of 12 months. Move-in fee of $150, and an administration fee of $125.
