It is very comfortably furnished with a large TV in the living room and two smaller ones elsewhere. There's a gas stove in the kitchen and plenty of cooking accessories. The house is available for the month of May. This is a one month spring rental for $3,350. We assume that your heating and electric bills for the month will not go over $350 (they never have). Heating plus electric expenses over $350 will be deducted from your deposit. No pets please. No smoking please. We have parking spaces for 2 cars outside. No garage available.
