Rehabbed nicely in 2012 ... new KITCHEN / APPLIANCES / BATHROOM updated ... fresh paint ... new carpet ... blinds ... tile ... and so much more ... I have always LOVED this home especially the upstairs! It has a nice view and the air flows cool from front to back!
Neighborhood Description
Carthage is a pretty cool place. Plenty of stores to walk to. The residents are friendly and the CARTHAGE CIVIC LEAGUE cares about the community, often walking the neighborhood to make sure things are in order. I lived there for 12 years and enjoyed every one of them. I would have never left if it wasn't for meeting my WIFE and her need to move closer to her job. Very convenient to P$G, Reds and Bengals games .... the highway and bus lines ... and this house sits on the NICER end of 69th street. I will always remember when I first moved in this house that I heard a passerby say "I always wanted to buy that house ... I guess I missed it" : )
