This unit is located on the third floor and features vaulted ceilings. This unit is leasing for the 2025-26 lease year. Tenants are responsible for their electricity which is through the City of Ames. We include 2 parking spots with rent. Dogs and cats are allowed at this property. They require a one-time fee of $250 and $50 pet rent per month. Pets MUST be approved by management before moving in. One pet is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management. When applying, we require all tenants who plan to reside in the unit to submit their own applications. All applications must be submitted together.
