All four bedrooms are located directly off the living room and each bedroom has its own private en suite (shower, toilet, sink). The covered front porch will become your favorite space in the house. The unfinished walk-in basement is accessible storage for lawn mower, tools, ect. The 1 acre property includes a back deck and outdoor fire pit. *Fully furnished is an option but not necessary. *No pets is preferred but we will assess on an individual basis. The house runs on beautiful well water. Renter is responsible for gas, electric and maintaining the lawn. Deposit is due at signing. No smoking permitted.
