There is off street parking located on site. We have a lawn and snow service that takes care of the lawns, parking lot and driveway. Resident pays on gas for heat, hot water and cooking gas. Electric for lights and appliances. Please note that we offer a flexible twelve month agreement whereby you can move out before the twelve months by giving 60 days written notice to vacate and forfeiting half the security deposit amount which is equal to the rent amount.
