It's located on a lovely, safe street 1 block north of Riverside Park -- an easy walk to Cross Street bars and restaurants, the harbor, and downtown. The available room is large and quiet, featuring an accent window and a walk-in cedar closet. The room will be unfurnished. The whole apartment has high ceilings and wood or marble floors (carpet in the bedrooms). The living room/kitchen has granite countertops, a skylight and exposed brick. The bathroom is HUGE. It has a double sink, double shower, and bathtub. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment, and the building has a huge roof deck with panoramic views of the city. The rent is $925, plus utilities (about $100). I am a young professional female. I have no pets of my own, but am fine with cats (allowed in the building with a monthly fee).
