About the area: Again, a beautiful city and mountain view both day and night, quiet neighborhood, close to hiking/biking trails, easy access to the 87 and North Scottsdale. Room in a house with 2 other male professionals. Rent will be due on the 1st of every month with a grace period of 2 days before late charges incur. Late fee of 5% of rent plus $20 per day for each day past grace period. Month-by-month lease and a termination of tenancy notice must be given either by management or by tenant 30-days prior. Pets have a one-time $300 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet rent. Dogs and cats are welcome but cats must be declawed to prevent furniture damage. Tenant will contribute 1/3 of all utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash, and internet) totaling to about a month contribution of around $200 in the summer. Tenants will be financially responsible for any damage that is deliberate or due to negligence. Other rules: One garage space available per tenant with additional parking in the driveway. $50 fee if garage door remote is broken or lost. Smoking is allowed but only permitted outdoors. There is a covered patio with chairs.
