This home is actually a twin home having only one other attached dwelling. The roof was replaced in the fall 2015. I remodeled the bathrooms in 2007 and added additional cabinets over toilet, a larger vanity, and a large cabinet alongside the sink in the master bath as well as floor to ceiling tile in both baths and larger mirrored medicine cabinets. I plan on leaving the washer and dryer for future homeowner along with new 2016 appliances in the kitchen. I added additional kitchen cabinets after Hurricane Andrew. In order to add the cabinets I took 1 1/2 ' off the master bedroom which is now approximately 16' x I1'. I increased the size of the patio on the south side of the house, connecting it to the concrete slab on the west side of the house and improved the landscaping in the front and back yards. There is a privacy fence around the entire backyard. It is a quiet community with security patrols in the evening. The maintenance fee is now $112 a month and provides painting of all houses every 7 years, a pool and small clubhouse as well as a playground not far from the pool. Each house has its own driveway and mailbox, but additional parking is provided throughout the community for visitors. The Deerwood Townhomes community is across from Zoo Miami, has restaurants and shopping nearby, and easy access to the Florida Turnpike and SR 874. There is also a Park and Ride lot for public transportation to the Metrorail.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
