Beach Get A Way is a furnished studio with full well stocked kitchen and a Queen bed. The Studio is one house away from the beach access at Diji Court to the beach trail and beach down 109 stairs. The stduio is available for an 8 month lease (October 1 to May 31, 2026) . NO smoking of any kind in the unint or on the property. No pets. Landlords pay trash, water and sewer, tenants pay prorated portion of gas and electric of the property. There is one parking spot of street reserved for the studio. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Shared storage shed available for bikes, boards etc. A stand lease will be signed by both the tenant and the landlord . Do not walk on the property or bother the guests.. I will meet you for an appointment to see the property. Thank you. The lease is for 8 months from October 1 to May 31, 2026. Owners pay water, trash and sewer. Tenants pays for their own electricity. Gas is prorated, the property bill is divided by 1/5 and studio pays 1/5 of the total bill.
