    What's special

    The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The paint scheme is quite unusual. Every room has at least 3 colors, and no 2 rooms are the same scheme. Perhaps 40 different colors of paints/stains are used on this house. The inside is very nicely done, but it is more of an old house with the old features updated rather than an old house made over to seem like a new house. The house has been well maintained. There is a separate house on the back of the property, which looks great (is not available) and is occupied by 1 person. The utility room (in this front house, the house which is for rent) has a washer and dryer included. Both tenants have access to the utility room and the washer/dryer. This house comes partially furnished. The bedrooms and the front room are hard wired for internet, plus wireless access blasts throughout the house. I am offering this house for $2,500. The location is 1507 Canterbury. About the utilities, they will be paid by the lessor, and the total monthly cost is $300. These will include all the city charges (water, electric, trash, etc), and also includes gas and the 2 GBPS download speed internet from google. TV signal is not included. You will not need to make deposits with the utility companies nor will you need to get these utilities in your name. About the colors and paint schemes: It is what it is, and that is what it shall remain (other than the changes I personally make to it). The colors are not for everyone. The house needs someone who will appreciate and respect the quality and the unusual nature of the finish. No application fee required, but it is good to have your credit report or other relevant documents handy if you want to lease this house. I am not a management company, I deal with you as an individual. I do my own work on these houses, and politely insist that they not be altered. Dog owners: notice I do not check "dogs ok". I apologize, I do always get questions about that, but the fact that the two houses are close together and both occupants share the utility room means it is best to not allow dogs in either house.
