Renters insurance will be required prior to move in.
Renters will be held accountable for all damages to the property and will forfeit the security deposit.
Proof of income 3x the rent amount will be required by renter.
Renters are to be notified of any inspections, showings and appointments will be given a 24 hour notice.
Upon end of the lease. Renters are to have the premises exactly the way they moved in. Any unapproved alterations or damages of the property will be required to forfeit security deposit and will be held responsible to pay for the damages.
