I had my own furniture so they removed some of the items for me but they can provide you with a list of all of the items they can provide for free. The current rent for a 2BED 2.5BATH is $1700-1850 if you sign your own lease. Lock in cheaper rent by taking over my lease. I started my lease in 2019 by subleasing from someone else and they kept my rent at the same lower price rather than re-signing me at the $1700-1850 level.
