Applicants must show consistent work history (at least 4 paystubs) and (proof of consistent employment history), and proof that you can consistently afford the rent, no past evictions, able to pass a background check, and be able to provide landlord references. First month's rent $1,750, last month's rent $1,750 and $500 security deposit due upon securing lease / renting the apartment $4,000 total and the unit is available ASAP. Applicants / tenants must agree to at least a one year lease but I'd love to find a long term tenant of 3-5 years and this could be discussed further upon meeting. Owner pays for water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for monthly electric and gas. First and last months rent due at signing + $500 security deposit and a 1 year lease. Tenants must show consistent work history and proof of income and background checks will be completed. No smoking inside the property.
