Kitchen does not have a dishwasher, but it has an oven, stovetop, microwave, garbage disposal, and fridge. There are dishes, cookware, wine glasses, mugs, an electric kettle, and manual coffee maker. The living room sofa turns into a bed and there is a large TV. If you need to get some work done, there's a table you can stand or sit at. The unit is fully furnished and also includes a vacuum, iron and ironing board, extra bath towels and bed sheets, full sized clothes washer and dryer machines, and other essentials. This is for the private ADU space shown in the photos - not the main house.
