Kitchen was recently remodeled and has an open and spacious cooking environment. The house is raised above an already quiet street, making it feel calm and private (even when BBQing on the front patio). The backyard is even more private with a patio area (with table and chairs) and a lawn area. No smoking on the property. The room isn't set up with furniture so don't have current photos. It shares a bathroom (see photos) with one other room upstairs. The room (see photos with old furniture) will have: full bed, dresser, night stand with lamp, desk with lamp and chair, and rug. This room has a closet and has built-in bookshelves/cupboards along one wall.
