Fluffy towels are provided for your convenience. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The house features a digital combo lock pad, and the code will be provided upon arrival. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if there are any signs of smoking. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval.
