Beautiful Cape Cod home on Spokane's South Hill. Very close to everthing including grocery store, coffee shop, local pizzeria, local bistro and easy access to downtown and the freeway. Neighborhood Description As mentioned above, this is the best neighborhood that I have ever lived in. We have people of all ages living in this neighborhood, and everyone is very friendly. We have a Garden Club that hosts events all year round. We actually know each other, have each others' phone numbers, and some even have keys to others houses to care for pets when someone is gone. We help each other with household projects and when the snow flies, there is an army of people outside cleaning up Mother Nature's gift. Anyway, if it isn't clear just yet, this is a fantastic neighborhood.
