Up to 2 dogs (under 70lbs) are allowed WITH Landlord permission - NO CATS ALLOWED. There is a $300 non refundable pet fee that will be charged to the first months rent. No smoking or vaping allowed in the house. A security deposit of $1500 will be due upon signing lease. Lease is monthly and can start as early as November 1, 2025 and can go as long as April 30, 2026.
