House is on the main bus line and minutes away from Whitman, WWCC and shopping. Large private fenced yard and lots of parking. Share the furnished living spaces with 3 other tenants. Rent includes all utilities and internet. Washer/dryer available for all tenants to use. Property manager lives on the premises. We are looking for a clean, quiet person, who respects the others in the house. Not a good situation for students or if you have friends in and out a lot.
