If we were not leaving Alaska, we would not be leaving this home. It is in a great neighborhood and at the end of a three home culdesac where the kids can play freely without through traffic. The 2006 tri-level home was built on a double lot and has a large front and back yard. It is conveniently located close to town but offers great access to the woods from right out the door. We are going to miss the Kenai river and the incredible salmon. There are also plenty of parks within walking/biking distance. There is plenty of parking on the property on crushed rock. We are planning to leave the first of August.
