We are asking for $2700 a month and that includes all utilities plus lawn mowing. At signing, we will require a security deposit of $2700 along with first months rent. This is a non-smoking rental anywhere on the property. Although we would prefer no pets we will consider it on a case by case situation. Single car garage will be available to use although there is on power to the garage. Door would have to be used manually.
