We are a very friendly, social building located in the East Hollywood/Los Feliz area. This 1930s New York style building has exposed brick and hardwood floors in all units. Our back patio area serves as a venue for building events such as cookouts and holiday parties. We are centrally located with easy access to several Metro stops (both bus and subway) and within walking distance of three grocery stores, several pharmacies, and the shops on Vermont. Our standard pet policy accepts one dog or two cats with a $200 Pet Deposit total ($200.00 pet deposit, $35.0 application fee). $35 charge for second pet. We accept most breeds however, we make decisions on a pet-by-pet basis. Move-in costs normally include a security deposit and first months rent.
