During the summer we have used the studio as a short term rental. You will have your own private, 330 sq ft. studio with a separate entrance. Our space if fully equipped with everything you need, including a washer and dryer right in the units and a modern kitchenette with air fryer/toaster oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and single induction burner. Get a great night's sleep on the comfortable queen bed with a memory foam topper and 4 pillows. the luxurious walk in shower is perfect for unwinding. Free, no-permit street parking is available right outside your door, and the #1 bus stops across the street to take you to downtown Seattle or north to Seattle Pacific University. You'll also be within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and Kerry Park's iconic city views. We include all fees in the monthly rent including wifi, electricity, water and monthly cleaning fees. Please note: No pets or smoking allowed due to allergies.
