Where you will be living: This is a lower level unit which is entirely separate from the main floor and has it's own private entrance. Living area, dining area (table sits up to 6), kitchen (fully equipped), primary bedroom (Queen sized bed), secondary bedroom (queen sized bed + twin bunk), bathroom, laundry room, dedicated work space, and mud room/storage room. Pet Policy: We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis. All pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and up-to-date on vaccinations. A $500 refundable pet deposit is required for any incidentals. There will also be an additional pet charge between $30-75 per pet per month, depending on the size of your pet. Please inquire with details about your pets. Minimum 2 months rent (negotiable), up to 12 months. This is a fully furnished property. Furniture must stay in the property. Landlord pays for utilities (water, gas, electric), high speed internet internet, and trash/recycling/compost. Landlord maintains the yard. First and last month plus security deposit due on lease signing. No smoking/vaping allowed in and on property. No parties please. Pet Policy: We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis. All pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and up-to-date on vaccinations. An additional $300 non-refundable pet fee may apply. Please inquire with details about your pets. Renter has to carry renter's insurance and submit proof.
