    Available Oct 1st. Beautiful modern loft recently built as a standalone building in the backyard of the main house. This is super quiet residential neighborhood with amazing views of the Cascades mountains. Unit has many high-end expensive features like in-floor heating, 18ft high window stack, lots of kitchen cabinet space, fancy gas range, high-end LG washer/dryer, huge ipe wood deck with BBQ, extra storage and many other features you will love. While lease is 1 year most people stay for many years because they love it so much. I listed this house a month ago, but I had to go to Europe for a month. I can show it starting Wed, Sep 4. Available Mar 16th to move in. One year minimum lease and month to month after that. Renter is paying gas and electric. Sewer/water/garbage is paid by owner and will be negotiated with renter depending if it is a single person or a couple. Minimum Criteria for approval to rent this unit. 1) Applicant has to fill out an application and pay $40 fee that will be used for credit report and background information (non refundable). 2) Pets are generally not allowed, but exceptions can be made upon request. 3) Rent cost must be less or equal to 50% of your gross monthly income. 4) Two incomes that meet 3) will get advantage in case of a tie. 5) Income cannot be derived from any illegal activity 6) Income and employment has to be verified by providing last two paycheck or similar acceptable means. If moving to Seattle for a job, a hiring agreement can be presented or other acceptable means. Another form of verification may be required like showing pay on your bank statement. 7) Credit score has to be verified and good. Combined score should be above 730. 8) Clear background check 9) $1000 deposit is immediately required upon acceptance of agreement. First month minus deposit has to be paid immediately after rental agreement is signed, serving as a non refundable deposit to make sure the new tenant will show up on agreed date. On a move in date, tenant must leave security deposit equal to one month rent. 10) 1 year agreement is required, but special arrangements are possible. 11) All adults living have to be on application and lease agreement. 12) You have to provide previous landlord phone number for references
