A quiet and peaceful retreat surrounded by all of the natural beauty of the Bay Area's treasures from the beach to the hills. And easily accessible to all regional transportation to explore the area. Two bedroom house with separate TV Room/Home Office at the top of the hill in East Richmond Heights. Our street dead ends into Wildcat Canyon Regional Park with incredible hikes and a trailhead a mile away. We also have views of the entire Bay from South San Francisco, to the Golden Gate Bridge, and up towards Mt Tamalpais and the delta. We are a 10 min walk from a local and regional bus (Trans Bay bus line into SF) and a 25 min walk to the El Cerrito Del Norte BART station, and 15 min drive to the Richmond Ferry for easy commuting into SF. This our family home of 10 years. Art professor and music industry professional going on sabbatical for a year. We hope you enjoy our art-filled home! There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a kids room with a twin bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. Nice closet space, full bath, hardwood floors, great light. We are a short drive to great business areas, gyms, shops, restaurants and coffee shops. From our neighborhood you can access San Francisco or Marin over a bridge in 30-40 minutes. This is our family home of 10 years. We've done recent renovations including replaced all the windows. We're looking for someone to care for and enjoy it as much as we do! We are going to London for a school year length sabbatical. Ideally we rent out our house for the entirity of the time we are away but we can be flexible by breaking it up, starting later, or ending earlier.
