There's a supermarket, dominos pizza, a Mexican restaurant and HardKnocks Sports Grill across the street. The beach is less than 1/2 mile away. You may drive the car on the beach. Guest have access to gas grills located on different areas of the property. There's a grill about 30 feet to the side of the condo. The best treat is the pool!! Owners pay the water & internet and will maintain the yard. Renters pay the utilities: electric bill. At signing: deposit & first month's rent No smoking inside the premises. There's a designated parking space. Must submit ID on all people living in the household. No parties. If you break the lease, you still need to pay the months pending to the end of the contract.
