The building hosts a secure exterior door that leads to apartments with an interior entry. There is an elevator for convenient access to your unit. Each floor has a lobby area for gathering for a quick chat with your neighbors. Each apartment also has an interior lockable storage area on site. We offer a club room that you can use for your gatherings, onsite laundry facilities and more. This apartment has a large balcony and you will find each room to be spacious. There is plenty of off street parking located just outside the apartment entrance. The Islander Apartment Community is a non-smoking property. We offer one year leases. Pets are welcome with an additional fee. Utility fees are extra; water is $35.00 per month and trash is $15.00 per month. Electric and internet are in your name and paid directly to the provider.
