Peaceful and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. Rent includes washer/dryer on property, Wi-Fi, AC in the bedroom. Includes water & basic electricity (excessive use of the AC will affect your monthly rent.) Twin bed is included in the room rental. Common areas will be shared with a total of 3 tenants. *Single occupant only, preferably a mature female. * The current tenants are mature employed male and female, no drama please. * Must be neat and tidy, this is not a party house. * NO overnight guests allowed. * NO smoking, drinking, drugs and loud noises after 10pm. Street parking is available, bus route is a short walk away. No pets are allowed, we have dogs on the property so it may not be a good fit if you have allergies. Do not just ask to see the room. Please share a little about yourself to be considered to rent this unit. You must have references that can be contacted and proof of steady employment. Security deposit of $900, the first month's rent, and a signed Rental Agreement are required before moving in. Additional charges will take affect if you plan to frequently use the AC. The monthly rental of $900 is for the use of ONE bdrm, all common areas are shared with other tenants.
