Currently, a project car is taking up a space in the driveway. 6. Ideal Roommate Description: 1. We're seeking someone around the same age (25-35) to live in our downstairs room. Ideally you will have gainful employment, be generally respectful and considerate of the shared spaces, and help with cleaning and upkeep. 2. You are generally level-headed and interested in a low-key, peaceful living environment. 3. We are not clean freaks, but it's not a dump, either. It's hard to keep clean with the pets, but I'd say we're about a 7.5/10 in cleanliness on average. We clean the common areas together every other week, and generally try to clean up after ourselves as we go. Any help with yardwork is appreciated. 4. We do not throw parties or have guests often. This is not a hard and fast rule, but we would appreciate advance notice for guests and that you give us reasonable notice if you intend to have someone stay overnight. 7. Financial Details: 1. Base Rent: $720/mo due no later than the 3rd day of each month 2. 2 GB Fiber Internet: Split four ways, $26/mo each 3.
