Tenants need to purchase an $25 annual Fan parking pass to park on the street. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance; public transportation is nearby, and VCU is a few blocks away. There is a lovely wine bar, Cellarora, around the corner, Lowe's, Kroger, Whole Foods, and churches within walking distance. There is a one-year lease. Each tenant must be on the lease and each must demonstrate the ability to pay the entire annual rent, should the other vacate the apartment, or have co-signers.
