My property is conveniently located from the St. Lucie Medical Center, the Port St. Lucie Civic Center, local businesses and stores such as Publix and Walmart. There are local elementary, middle schools, and high schools close to my property. Also not too far from a nice drive along one of St. Lucie County's most popular scenic route, Indian River Drive! Owner of the property is responsible for HOA. Tenant is responsible for electricity and other amenities such as WiFi and cable. The tenant agrees to maintain the property in good condition as it is at the start of this lease except for ordinary wear and tear. All of tenants garbage will be disposed of properly by tenant in the appropriate receptacles for garbage collection. A security deposit of $2500.00 shall be paid by the tenant. Upon expiration of this contract/agreement (if the tenant choose not to renew), the owner of the property will examine the condition of the premises. Any damage to the premises (beyond normal wear and tear) caused by tenant will be deducted from the amount of security deposit. If the condition of the premises has no damage, all security deposit will be returned back to the tenant. Mailbox key will not be included. Pets are not allowed.
