Room has a private entrance. House has loads of historic charm and is well-located, it is bikeable to Roosevelt Row. The landlord is attentive and friendly. Yard is well-landscaped with lots of trees and shade as well as a firepit. Wood floors, natural light. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Lease renews 8/31/2025 but landlord does not raise rent on renewals. Pets must be approved by both landlord and current tenant (needs to live well with dog already on property). Property is non-smoking. Landscaping is taken care of by landlord.
