I purchase this home and owned it for over 15yrs. It is less than 1,200sq ft. I don’t know where they are getting 1,318 from. Have an inspector verify the square footage before purchase! Laundry is in the kitchen FYI and can only fit a 4 seat 4’x4’ table in the little nook in the kitchen. It is wild to see a home I Paid $136,000 for, 21 years ago is worth so much now but such is the market I suppose. Although I loved it, I would not pay that much for it. Many better deals out there!
