Neighborhood Description Our neighbors are great. Most of them have small children. We work together to form petitions, and hang out fairly regularly. We are in a no flood zone, which is great for being so close to the water. The Air Force base is 10 minutes away, and the beaches are all fairly close as well. I like that my son and I can walk to Veterans Park, less than half a mile away.
