The deposit may be held for fourteen (14) days after departure. The damage deposit is fully refundable if the home is left in good condition. Upon satisfactory inspection of the home (within10 days), the security deposit of $1,500 will be mailed to the tenant. Guest agrees to compensate the owner for any damages due to negligence or carelessness on the part of the guest. Guest has the right to enjoyment of the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or furnishings resulting from negligence or willful destruction. Owners reserves the right to enter the premises for the purposes of inspecting for damage, repairs or maintenance. Occasionally home equipment malfunctions and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time. Problems will be handled in a timely and professional manner. The rental rate cannot be adjusted due to malfunction of equipment.
