You'll have access to the kitchen, a shared bathroom, and an on-site laundry room located at the back of the apartment. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and grocery store, with cafes, restaurants, and parks nearby. Rent is $900/month, which includes water and electricity. You'll be sharing the apartment with my mom, younger brother (a high school student), and myself (a college student). We're a friendly, non-smoking household.
