Just minutes from the Square, walking distance from many restaurants, bars, the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, etc. Also about a 5 min walk from the Lombard-South Broad St Subway Line or PATCO line if commuting to NJ area.
The apartment is 750 square feet and features high ceilings (15 feet!) with amazing natural lighting in the living room and a beautiful view of Pine Street, in-unit washer/dryer, updated kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, central AC and heating, gas stove, ceiling fans, and an open concept living room and kitchen.
Base rent price includes water and trash. Additional utilities, including electric, gas, and internet, are separate and covered by renter. Pets are allowed.
The apartment can be unfurnished or option to be partially furnished. Can discuss this further if interested. Kitchen has a mobile granite countertop island for additional cooking space and storage. If interested, this will not fit in my new place, so can leave if interested, or sell it to you for a reasonable price if interested in keeping it permanently.
Parking is available behind the building in an enclosed garage for an additional fee of $300/month.
If you are looking for an apartment with a great location close to Rittenhouse Square, but don't like the big high rises, this is a great option as it feels very private and quiet, with the historic charm of an older brownstone building. Personally I have loved living on Pine Street, as it is quieter and feels more residential, but still right in the heart of the city and walking distance to basically everything you could need. Neighbors in the building are also very friendly.
