The apartment is 750 square feet and features high ceilings (15 feet!) with amazing natural lighting in the living room and a beautiful view of Pine Street, in-unit washer/dryer, updated kitchen appliances, hardwood floors, central AC and heating, gas stove, ceiling fans, and an open concept living room and kitchen. Base rent price includes water and trash. Additional utilities, including electric, gas, and internet, are separate and covered by renter. Pets are allowed. The apartment can be unfurnished or option to be partially furnished. Can discuss this further if interested. Kitchen has a mobile granite countertop island for additional cooking space and storage.
