The rental will come with full access to the kitchen, living room, garage, backyard. Very close to Delta Shores, parks, convenient stores. We are looking for someone responsible that can pass a credit and rental history. Must be friendly with cats, we have 1 indoor cat. Roommate will be given a designated parking spot for easy access and must agree to a 6 month term minimum. No smoking allowed inside, this is a 6 month term with possible extension, monthly utilities are included in rent, access to WIFI and appliances are included. Must be respectful and understanding.
