Because we are currently in the winter season, many of the trees have lost their leaves. Spring will bring them back, as well as many flowers etc. No cigarette smoking is allowed. Landlord lives on site in a separate house and studio. There is also a large wonderful friendly pet dog living at the main home. Applicants should have a minimum credit score of 650 and sufficient monthly income that reflects the ability to pay rent.
