The house is approximately 2200 square feet, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, full finished basement, 2 living room spaces, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, patio, pool. I have 2 dogs, one senior who unfortunately has little time and a second who is about 8. They are very sweet. I have one male room mate who keeps to himself and is very clean. The bedroom for rent has a dresser (which can be moved out if necessary) and I'm willing to put in bed if you don't have one. Shortest term I'm open to is 6 months. Water, sewer, garbage, electric, gas and internet included. Minimum 6 month lease term.
